Our estimated shipping dates are based on several factors, including your destination address, how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment (the "usually ships within" time listed on a product's detail page).
We calculate delivery estimates by taking the estimated shipping date and adding the time it takes a package to travel from our facilities to your destination address, based on the shipping speed you've chosen.
For example, if you order an item that is listed as "usually ships in 2-3 days" and select standard shipping (which typically takes 2-7 business days), you can use the chart above to determine that your order should arrive 4-10 business days after you place it.

What if I want to get my items faster? You can select a different shipping speed by choosing a faster option on the order form. If you want to change your shipping speed after placing the order please contact us.
Note: Changing your shipping speed will not affect the estimated shipping date, but it will improve the estimated delivery date.

If I request Express Shipping, will I get my order the next day? Not all of the items listed on our site are available immediately, so selecting Express Shipping does not necessarily mean your order will arrive in one day. There is no weekend pickup or delivery for Express Shipping.
Also, when you select Express Shipping, we may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your items to you within the promised time frame.

What if the estimated delivery date has passed and I still don't have my order? If you are in any way unsure of the delivery date, or think that there may be a problem with your order please do not hesitate to contact our staff.
