Who do I contact?

Each shop is owned and run by our members. While Info4u2 can assist you with your inquiries it is best to contact the shop directly as they are more likely to be in a position to resolve the issue.

Each online shop is run as a seperate business with the store owner being responsible for order processing and the content of their site. The only time when Info4u2 becomes involved is when the shop uses the online payment facilites provided by Info4u2.

That being said the customer service and quality of the products does affect the reputation of Info4u2, we would therefore prefer to know about any problems before they get out of hand.

What payment options are there?

Any shop that has been set up using the facilites of Info4u2 will be able to accept online credit card payments via 2checkout. There may however be alternative payment options provided by the individual stores. Here is a brief outline of some of the payment options available.

 

Credit Cards (2checkout) - 2checkout is an online payment gateway that we use for processing Visa/Mastercard/AMEX/Diners/Discover/JCB credit cards. The payments are processed by BCI Corp which is the parent company of Info4u2. Charges will appear on your credit card bill under the name "2CO.COM *[store name]". Feel free to visit 2checkout's webiste to find out more about them.

 

Cheque/Money Order - If using this method your order status will be set to 'open'. On the confirmation page and in the email sent to you, you will find the details for paying by this method. Generally you will be given the address to send the Cheque/Money Order to, who to write the Cheque out to. If you have any quesitons please contact the store directly. Only once your payment has been received will the goods be shipped to you.

 

Direct Deposit - As with the Cheque/Money Order your order status will be set to 'open' and only sent once payment has been received. To make the payment you will need to use the details given (Account Name, Account Number and Bank) to transfer the funds using online banking. To find out more about online banking and Direct Deposit please contact your financial provider.

TIP: To ensure your payment is confirmed please put "Order Your Name" into the description field that will be sent to the store owner. Even if your whole name dosn't fit it will at least assist in tracking down your payment. It is also advisable to email the shop when you've made the transfer so you have a record of it and they know that your order is ready to be processed. If you don't contact them you may find a delay between when you put the money through and when your order status is updated.
