Becoming a Member

Once you have registered as a Typo3 user you have the power to ‘create and edit consultancy entries’, ‘create and edit references ‘, ‘access mailing list archives for the dev-list and others and

login to download applications from the extension repository’. This level of community participation is generally as much as most people will ever need from Typo3. There is an ongoing source of new developments and issues being discussed and offered. You can sign up as a member at the following address.

http://typo3.org/community/your-account/

If however you have the ability and capacity to contribute more actively by writing modules or manuals you can set up or join a team at the following address.

http://typo3.org/teams/

As my level of computer programming is not up to that standard mentioned above I did not feel justified in creating ‘cyber litter’ by signing up to prove a point. The following link gives more details about this section and email links for contacting members.

Once you have joined up in what ever capacity you are comfortable with you have access to all the power of the typo3 CMS system and can contribute or participate in the Typo3 community.
