We have two main lines of products.

• Heirloom which is 100% cotton fabric The weight and weave is applicable to the items application and finish.
• Easy Care. This is a poly cotton fabric blend which is ideal for everyday use and requires minimum ironing. This is ideal for young children.

We currently use DMC embroidery threads due to their reputation of quality and consistency of colour. However we are always open to testing improved new products, particularly for use in our standard range.

Traditional items will however adhere to traditional threads and fabrics.

The manufacturer of 2smock products is based on the Tropical Island of Mauritius.

After many years in the garment industry as the International production manager for large Companies such as Levi jeans, the CEO decided to set up a boutique manufacturing Company where he could indulge in producing select garments of an excellent quality. He could utilize the power of the internet to bring new skills and opportunities to the local population.

Sam Meeks is very selective about the products he takes on because as he put it “ I no longer have to work for the ‘man’ or the money, I work because I have a passion for the product I am working on”. Sam oversees all production and has collected a highly skilled team from all over the globe. Sam’s team have recruited an excellent team from Mauritius and are constantly training and up-skilling them for full IT manufacturing integration. “Up-skill your staff, they are part of the team, respect and reward and expect nothing but the best from them. Sam’s first project is TJ’s tailormade-jeanswear.com. This is a unique concept where you can have your jeans not only tailormade to your exact size but also to your personal style and features. Each order has a unique pattern made which is stored in their database for your next order.
