What is driving this Community

The steady growth of this community and more importantly the members willingness to conform and contribute to the community indicate that there is a fundamental drive within the community that makes it a ‘valid’ online community as opposed to a ‘flash in the pan’ community It appears that there is much more to this community than simply a group of people with a common interest or agenda.

To get a better understanding of this community we need to look at who is involved and their roles as well as the underlying philosophy of the community.
